By purchasing tickets or accessing the BIWA International event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase tickets or attend the event.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Each ticket is valid for a single entry and must be presented (digital or printed) at the venue entrance. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
All attendees must comply with safety regulations established by the event organizers and venue staff. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates event rules, behaves in a disruptive manner, or poses a safety risk. Attendees must follow all posted signage and instructions from event personnel.
Attendance at BIWA International is at your own risk. The organizer, venue, sponsors, and their affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the event. Attendees are advised to take appropriate precautions, including sun protection and hydration.
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images may be used by the organizer for promotional, marketing, or editorial purposes without additional compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff upon entry.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, performers, or activities without prior notice. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the organizer's control, a full or partial refund may be issued at the organizer's discretion.
